To anyone who wanders here looking for answers. I have been in different toxic work environments over the years. I would say that you already know in your spirit if you want to stay there or leave for whatever reason. I've experienced toxicity in one particular work environment for over 6 years. I had ideals of being promoted, sought out other jobs, declined others, prayed, cried and was frustrated beyond words. As if things couldn't get any worse, one particular person was given a position of authority. This person decided to abuse their power at every opportunity to be a stumblingblock of my success. Applications for training were declined or unacknowledged. Applications for other roles were blocked. Interventions by others were also blocked. Favoritism, lack of appreciation, no overtime, criticism and disrespect were the order of the day. It got to the point where I asked God, "What do you want me to learn in this season?" It was an overwhelming situation which left me with more tears than answers at times. To this day, I would say it was a traumatizing experience. Then one day...God came through and I was removed from that situation in a way that I could only attribute to the grandeur of God's perfect timing. What did I learn? I learnt that the real test is maintaining your integrity, professionalism, peace and encouragement. These things are often the first to go in a prolonged and stressful situation. I also saw a vision where God allowed me to sense the evil in that space and God inspired me to stay diligent in His word. I also reminded myself that God died for the just and unjust. I went through the motions of praying against said person, praying over them, my work environment and praying for God's favour over myself. Also give yourself grace. You cannot change someone who is hellbent on being vindictive, avoid of integrity and who apparently enjoys hurting others simply because they have the power to do so. I see the benefit of pouring into myself and others around me. I am mindful that life is short and we must live a purposeful life ❤. If your work environment is too much...leave as soon as it is feasible to do so. I know we all have different levels of responsibility to consider. In everything, trust God

I just wanna say thank you for being upfront about your upbringing and the loss of your son. I'm not in a place where I can listen to the prosperity or abundant life preachers 💰 🤑 when there is so much heartache in the world. 💔 I'm able to listen to your sermons bc you're real and God doesn't make everything perfect here on earth (yet) but you point to how He can use pain later for good.

There is a time to turn supervisors into accountability due to their unethical practices. Please do not be so black and white there are bullying harassment and unethical behavior needs to be turned in to authorities

The question should be ,why does God save anyone? We all deserve justice but God (to Glorify Himself) saves an undeserving elect and gives us Grace.

Does anyone have to manage the teenagers that come in after school at their workplace I love working with the retired people they are awesome but some of these young kids they can be bullied some and so disrespectful and they look at us older generation like we're just the dumbest pieces of rocks I know it sounds crazy to feel bullied by teenagers but believe me it happens

You have to pray in the spirit and think in the spirit to understand and to explain in any human language is very hard but God foreknew everything but there is already created by God many scenarios he had faith in Adam and eve to use their free will to obey him not by force but with free will your path has many routes and is only set in stone when you observe gods laws through faith by the grace of him who created us. I can't explain it in words it would go on for eternity but absolutely everything is connected even in eternity, what we do now echos in eternity and gods mind is able to live in the past simultaneously also in the future where as we feel the effects of time and matter God is limitless and boundless and under no laws because he is all laws and ill leave it there but there's power in faith study everything if you must it's good to study and discover but you'll have to go at the pace of time until you receive the spirit and then my friend you will taste eternal life.

And these will go away into ETERNAL punishment, but the righteous into ETERNAL life.” 2Thessalonians 1:5-10 says, "The Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire, inflicting vengeance on those who do not know God and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. Revelation 14:9-11 says, "If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, he also will drink the wine of God’s wrath...and he will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have NO REST, day or night." If they were annihilated out of existence, then the statement no rest day or night makes no sense. Revelation 20:10 says, "And the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be TORMENTED day and night FOREVER and ever. . .Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if ANYONE"S name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire." By the way, the word torment is translated from the Greek word Basanismos, and it means to torture. It absolutely does NOT mean to annihilate and put out of existence. Luke 16:22-24 “The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried. 23 In Hades, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. 24 So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.” Notice the rich man is NOT annihilated but rather in torment in flames. He can feel pain, he can see, he can have a rational conversation. How does this in any metaphorical sense point to annihilation?

I work at the VA, and I love what I do. I am busy from the minute I walk in to the minute I leave. I just got a write-up for "refusing to do my work." My boss just doesn't like me.

I am in a union job. The employees I am currently dealing with are very hostile towards each other and anyone who has authority. The lie, steal company time, destroy company property, you name it they done it plus way more. I am one of the leaders. Everytime I work everything is fine, everytime they work it is exactly like the top comment on this page. They change my schedule the night before my shift in the morning. Change my days off and don't tell me. Some how God counters them and I see it, they just think it was gravity but no, my angel is gonna drain that swamp for good in Jesus name. Can someone pray for me if you read this, because I am dealing with a bad spirit in the building or on multiple workers, sometimes I can see it do the same torture to different employees. Sometime the gift I have is too much. One day I was mad enough to say God will teach you to mess with me. One of them told on me that I said god in a work place they called me to the office to tell me I should be fired for saying that. I was thinking, if they do, my father in heaven going take control so that better. I am back at the same building 2 times. I told god I understand my assignment but they do not deserve my help, my hands are diligent and the lord made me like an octopus. They tell me to shut up pick on me in call me names, because they know I am honest and have decent integrity. I called out sick today, so I can pray a mighty prayer for everyone I know and all my family friends hopefully they will be blessed with a peaceful workplace. In JESUS name anyone good heart who comes to find this video will be safe and under the protection of the Almighty in Heaven. I pray for you in Jesus Christ Mighty name a special prayer over you that the chains , bondage, or anything unclean be cast out in Jesus name I pray amen. One other thing, maybe god had a new position open for you right down the way, but you would have never stopped and found it if it wasn't for the hostal work place causing you trouble.
